Our Private Hire Parties give you and your guests full access to the entire play centre, creating a safe, fun and relaxed environment where children can play freely and parents can enjoy the occasion together.

Perfect for birthdays and special celebrations, you’ll have the space all to yourselves — no sharing with the general public — making it a more personal and memorable experience.

We take care of the setup and clearing so you can focus on celebrating. You’re welcome to bring your own cake, and we’ll handle the rest to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Play Pass Terms & Conditions

Non-refundable & non-transferable
Play Passes are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be transferred, resold, or shared.

Named child & adult only
Each Play Pass is valid for one nominated child and one accompanying adult only. It cannot be shared between siblings or used by another child or adult.

Valid during standard opening hours only
Play Passes may only be used during the play centre’s normal public opening hours.

Excludes private hire & special events
Play Passes cannot be used during private hires, exclusive events, parties, or special ticketed sessions, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Advance booking may be required
Entry is subject to availability. Booking in advance is recommended and may be required during busy periods.

One visit per day
Only one Play Pass visit per child per day is permitted.

Pass validity period
Play Passes are valid only for the period stated at the time of purchase and must be used within that
